Fire Safety Management Services
Fire Safety Auditing:
Establishes within a premises whether systems, procedures and equipment conform with legislation, relevant standards and Best Practice.
The outcome of the audt would be a report including recommendations for any changes or improvements that would need to be made.
Emergency Evacuation:
LNB carries out emergency evacuation exercise and audits systems and procedures, appropriate to the risk profile of the building, and provide a report and recommendation of same.
The objective is to provide a report and recommendations on the adequacies of the emergency procedures for the building.
Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs):
For persons with disabilities, we will review and make recommendations on the effectiveness of existing PEEPs, or assist in there devleopment where necessary.
Emergency Plans & Procedure:
LNB compile required site specific emergency plans and procedures that set out the duties and responsibilities, i.e. before, during and after a fire or other emergency as appropriate for:
Apartment Fire Safety (Multi-unit developments):
LNB provide advice and guidance to tenant management committees and property management companies to ensure that the risk of fire is reduced, and to cater for the safety of occupants should a fire take place.
Typical areas addressed are: fire detection and alarm, compartmentation, tenants fire safety, fire safety signage, evacuation strategies, fire service interface, fire safety of common areas, portable fire equipment.
Outcome: Compliance with the 1981 Fire Services Act and the Multi-Unit Development Act of 2011.
